A Partner Who Works FOR You

Discover the Power of a True Partner
September 26, 2023

A subtle change in wording can change the whole meaning of a phrase. This holds true especially when it comes to choosing a financial partner.

Consider the question, "What do I want ______ you?" The blank can be filled with the word "FROM"or "FOR". Many financial professionals want things from their clients such as statements, goals, risk objectives, and transfers. They may use these inputs to create standardized products that they offer to many clients, believing it to be a more efficient way of maximizing profits. Large financial institutions such as index fund providers and online brokerage firms often use this approach to attract mass assets by promising lower fees and average results. However, this begs the question - do you want to be just another average client?

Instead of "FROM", let's use "FOR" in the blank space. "What do I want FOR you?" I want you to ask questions about your finances. I want you to understand and be educated about your money. I want you to feel secure with your financial situation, without any anxiety about your future. I want you to have a comfortable retirement where you don't worry about income, inflation, or losing money

When it comes to choosing a financial partner, it's essential to ask yourself if your advisor is working FOR you or simply taking FROM you. As someone who has worked in the financial industry for over a decade, I have learned that my clients' goals and aspirations are my top priority. If my clients succeed, so do I. Therefore, what I want FOR you is the same as what I want FOR myself: a fulfilling life worth celebrating. That’s why you should choose a financial partner who has your best interests at heart, and together, let's Plan Today for a Better Tomorrow.
